吸附凈化原理及工藝流程：

1、吸附：

     有機廢氣經(jīng)過濾器除去固體顆粒物質(zhì)，由上而下進入吸附罐，有機物被活性炭捕集、吸附并濃縮，凈化的空氣從罐體下部經(jīng)主風機排入大氣。

2、解吸

     當活性炭吸附有機物達到飽和狀態(tài)后，停止吸入有機廢氣。通過活性炭床向上送入蒸汽進行吹脫，將有機物自活性炭中逐出，即解吸。罐中活性炭恢復(fù)其活性，即再生。

3、熱風干燥及冷卻：

     用蒸汽解吸后的活性炭層中，約留有80～90%的蒸汽凝液，填充了活性炭內(nèi)孔，從而降低了炭層的活性。因此，通入熱空氣對炭層進行干燥。然后關(guān)閉蒸汽閥門，再通入常溫空氣，冷卻至25℃左右，活性炭恢復(fù)如初，以備再循環(huán)使用。

4、有機溶劑回收：

     利用有機溶劑露點溫度較高的特點，將蒸汽和有機溶劑的混合物引入冷凝器，使其冷凝，冷凝液經(jīng)疏水閥進入分離器，利用溶劑比水輕的特點，分離回收。

5、凝水凈化：

     為保證冷凝水的潔凈，避免有機溶劑的凝水排入水體，在分離器內(nèi)分離后的水中通入壓縮空氣，使水中有機溶液劑充分解脫。被壓縮空氣逐出的含有機物空氣折返廢氣系統(tǒng)，重新吸附。凈化后的冷凝水，排入下水道。

6、連續(xù)吸附措施：

     在連續(xù)生產(chǎn)的工廠中，吸附系統(tǒng)也需相應(yīng)連續(xù)工作，可在廢氣凈化系統(tǒng)設(shè)計中，選用雙罐系列，以便吸附、再生交替連續(xù)使用。

7、再生周期：

     再生周期應(yīng)根據(jù)凈化后排氣中有害氣體濃度而定。當有害氣體濃度接近超標數(shù)值時，即應(yīng)停止吸附，進行再生。幫系統(tǒng)初始工作階段需及時測定排出口有害氣體濃度，以便掌握合理吸附再生周期。
